Portable collaring unit for stainless steel manifold production

The T-DRILL HFT-2000 SS is a manually operated collaring unit designed for use with the T-54c SST portable collaring machine. It is used for small volume production of stainless steel manifolds.

The hand feed table (HFT) enables the production of 17–54 mm (¾″–2″ O.D.) collars in run tubes from 32–114 mm (1¼″–4″ O.D.).

The unit is manually repositioned after each collar is produced and uses pin-to-hole positioning for collar location.

With the HFT-2000 SS, multiple collars can be produced without moving the tube.
