The T-DRILL T-54c branchforming kit is a portable, cordless system designed for forming 13–54 mm branch connections in copper and copper/nickel tubes. It enables branches to be formed directly from the run tube, eliminating the need for separate T-pieces.

The branchforming process consists of pilot hole drilling, extension of the forming pins and completion of the collar. This controlled process allows branches to be formed in seconds while maintaining consistent results across repeated operations.

This kit includes branchforming heads that cut the pilot hole and form the branch using T-DRILL forming pins. The system is designed for portable use across plumbing, HVAC and related applications where on-site branchforming is required.
