The T-DRILL T-54c is a portable, cordless branchforming machine designed for forming 13–54 mm branch connections in copper and copper/nickel tubes. It enables branch connections to be formed directly from the run tube, eliminating the need for separate T-pieces.

The branchforming process consists of pilot hole drilling, collaring and finishing, carried out in a controlled sequence to produce consistent results in a short cycle time. This integrated process supports repeatable branch formation across installation and fabrication work.

The unit is designed for portable use across plumbing, HVACR and related applications where on-site branchforming is required. It supports branch formation from 13–54 mm on run tubes up to 108 mm, with optional capability for larger tube sizes.
