The T-DRILL PLUS 115 SS is a portable collaring system designed as a capacity-expanding attachment for the T-54c SST portable collaring machine. It forms 48.3–114.3 mm (2″–4″ O.D.) outlets for butt welded joints on stainless steel and steel pipes.

The collaring process consists of pilot hole milling, collaring and finishing. By eliminating two welded joints, the system reduces installation requirements while maintaining joint quality comparable to mechanically formed tee connections.

The formed outlet allows connection of the branch pipe by orbital or manual welding. If tube polishing is required at the welding points, the process is reduced.

Heavy-duty T-DRILL collaring heads with stepless adjustment allow precise control of collar size across the 48.3–114.3 mm (2″–4″ O.D.) range.
