The STALTECNIK STC-8 is a compact orbital tube saw designed for precise, burr-free cutting of stainless steel tube and process pipe. Engineered for fabrication, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and high-purity process applications, the STC-8 delivers accurate cuts with tolerances up to 0.25 mm, helping reduce preparation time and improve weld quality.
A concentric stainless steel clamping system uses multi-point jaws that move simultaneously to minimise pipe deformation and surface marking during cutting. The handwheel-driven feed mechanism provides smooth, consistent cutting pressure to improve control and support saw blade life.
The STC-8 is supplied as the orbital cutting machine and clamping system only. Drive motors, stands and accessories are available separately to configure the system for specific cutting applications.
