The T-DRILL T-54c SST is a portable, cordless collaring machine designed for forming tee joints in stainless steel and steel pipes. It enables branch connections to be formed directly from the run pipe, eliminating the need for separate T-pieces.
The collaring process consists of pilot hole milling, collaring and trimming, carried out in a controlled sequence to ensure consistent and repeatable results. The machine is suitable for on-site and workshop use where portability and controlled operation are required.
The unit incorporates a universal clamping system for run tubes 25–114 mm (3/4″–4″ O.D.), with optional clamping up to 300 mm (10″ O.D.). T-DRILL collaring heads with stepless adjustment allow precise control of collar size, supported by easy pilot hole adjustment and quick tool change.
