The STALTECNIK STC-6 is a compact orbital tube saw designed for precise, burr-free cutting of stainless steel tube and process pipe. Engineered for fabrication, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and high-purity process applications, the STC-6 delivers accurate cuts with tolerances up to 0.25 mm, helping reduce preparation time and improve weld quality.
A concentric stainless steel clamping system uses multi-point jaws that move simultaneously to minimise pipe deformation and surface marking during cutting. The handwheel-driven feed mechanism provides smooth, consistent cutting pressure to improve control and support saw blade life.
The machine is compatible with the STCM2230 variable-speed drive motor featuring a metal gear housing, adjustable speed control and anti-twist cable. Two-position blade mounting allows cutting of bent pipe, while multiple blade configurations are available to suit different wall thicknesses and materials.
