The PLUS 115 CU Collaring System is a capacity-expanding attachment for the heavy-duty T-54 portable collaring machine. It enables the formation of 54–115 mm (NS 2″–4″) outlets on copper tubes up to 206 mm (NS 8″) within a short cycle time.

By reducing the number of brazed joints required, the system supports lower installation costs while maintaining consistent joint quality comparable to mechanically formed tee connections.

The system is designed for ease of operation, with an ergonomic layout that reduces operator effort during use. The PLUS 115 CU is suitable for both on-site work and fabrication environments.

Heavy-duty T-DRILL collaring heads with stepless adjustment allow precise control of collar sizes across the 54–115 mm (NS 2″–4″) range.
